Over a decade ago, I made a decision to feed my desire for artistic expression and move to Los Angeles to attend Vidal Sassoon Academy. I knew at the age of nineteen I needed to be challenged beyond the restrictions a small town has to offer. My excitement for hair styling grew into a passion when I realized the potential to create art while cultivating a deeper connection with people.  My acute sensitivities have aided in my empathy towards clients and their unique circumstances.  When a client sits in my chair, they are trusting that I have the skills and knowledge to translate and execute a vision.  Becoming more aware of the vulnerability involved with this investment has assisted in my growth as a stylist.  In addition to my emotional responsiveness, I am blessed with an keen visual perceptiveness of shapes, textures, and balance.  My insight, along with my creative inclinations has allowed me to truly collaborate with my clients to create something that feels authentic.  My work is complimented with natural and organic products that further improve the quality of the hair and are healthy for the environment.
